These Terms are between you and Beijing Wentian Lanyue Technology Co., Ltd. (北京问天揽月科技有限公司, “we”) for LiteLink software and related device management services. Read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before deciding whether to agree.

1. Services

LiteLink discovers, connects to and manages compatible devices, including QR onboarding, Bluetooth connections, network setup, device information and status, supported device contacts and location display. Availability depends on device model, firmware, platform, network and your access rights. You supply the phone, compatible equipment and connectivity; carrier charges may apply.

2. License and updates

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software lawfully. Obtain it from official channels and install appropriate security updates. Features may change for compatibility, security or operational reasons; important changes affecting your rights will be communicated appropriately. Any paid offering will separately explain its price and conditions. Accepting these Terms does not itself make a purchase.

3. Device management and security

Only add, connect, configure or locate devices you own or are authorized to manage. Protect passwords, credentials in QR codes, tokens and keys. When transferring, losing or retiring a device, revoke access and clear or reset relevant information as appropriate. Removing a device card on one phone may not revoke access from other clients or erase device data.

Obtain necessary authority before adding contacts or managing information about device users. Do not bypass authentication, impersonate others, access other people's devices, collect their information, conduct unauthorized location surveillance, disrupt networks or use the software unlawfully.

4. Location and navigation

The device marker displays location returned by the associated device service; the phone's blue dot uses phone location after system authorization. These are different sources. Coordinates, addresses, accuracy and timestamps may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable and do not guarantee that a device is online or reporting in real time.

Location display, sound playback and external navigation assist in finding a device. They do not replace emergency assistance, a guardian's responsibilities or judgment on site. Contact local emergency services when needed and follow traffic rules and actual conditions when navigating.

5. Privacy and permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Agreement to these Terms does not grant all system permissions. Bluetooth, camera and optional phone location are requested for relevant functions and can be managed in system settings. Device contact management does not require reading your phone's address book.

6. Third-party services

Maps, external navigation and connected remote services may be provided by third parties under their terms. We identify the relevant entry points or purposes. Their availability and results may depend on their operation and network conditions. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Our software, branding and interface content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; these Terms do not limit rights expressly granted by applicable open-source licenses. Your existing lawful rights in information you provide do not transfer merely through use of LiteLink. Respect the intellectual property of the software and others.

8. Interruptions and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain secure, stable services. Battery levels, Bluetooth range, connectivity, system faults and maintenance may affect functions. Stop operations likely to cause loss and contact us if problems arise. Responsibility is determined by applicable law and each party's fault. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

We may take necessary lawful measures to address security risks or unlawful use, explaining reasons and providing a contact channel where practicable and appropriate. On termination, personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Minors

Users under eighteen or lacking full legal capacity should review these Terms with a guardian and use the service with their consent and guidance. Guardians should manage device and location features responsibly and protect device users' and contacts' privacy.

10. Changes and disputes

Important changes will be communicated through the app's documents or other appropriate means, with a choice when renewed agreement is required. These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China without depriving you of mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Please first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
